Are you our new Safety & Health coordinator at Epiroc Drilling Tools AB?

You will be working in a team together with other specialists as Quality specialists, Environment Coordinator etc.

Your mission is:

• Supporting and coaching of managers and other functions with work environment responsibility.
• Further development of our work environment management system, ISO 45001.
• Work systematically and preventively to integrate work environment into culture and leadership, further development of our Health & Safety culture.
• Lead and participate in projects where you are an expert in the work environment area.
• Develop and implement business-adapted training and information to be implemented in our operational activities.
• Investigate incidents and deviations.
• Participate in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of work environment goals and action plans focused on improvements for our Swedish units and respective department/factory.
• Coordinate work environment issues within the framework of Systematic work environment work.
• Coordinate crisis management issues and be responsible for reporting documents and documentation in IMS.
• Driving improvements regarding the working environment and a safe workplace.
• Monitor and inform internally about new laws and regulations connected to the work environment in our facilities.
• Organize training within the areas of responsibility for the work environment, crisis management, MS and management systems, internal audits.
• Administrator of the following systems: MIA, Ecoonline and Chemwatch.

 Education end experience:

An academic, or equivalent, education with work environment focus and experience working as a work environment engineer, both strategically and operationally.
Good knowledge in machine safety is also very good.

We look forward to working with health and safety issues in the electricity and production industry, both in terms of production facilities and office environments, as well as physical and organizational/social work environment.
