We are now looking for a candidate who wants to be part of a global team and work as implementation project manager for Operations and Supply Chain. Within Operations and Supply Chain Innovation team we take ownership of the End-to-End process development. We focus on innovation and work proactive be prepared for the future needs.

About the job

As Implementation project manager you will be part of a global team and located in Fagersta, Sweden. You will report to Operations and Supply Chain Innovation manager.

Operations and Supply Chain Innovation team work with process development end-to-end, from raw material to end customer. Today the department consists of 5 people and we focus on innovation, process development, project management and business analysis. 

The main responsibility for this position is to implement the future way of gathering demand for our high frequent consumables. As Implementation project manager you have a holistic view and work cross-functional together with the process owners in the supply chain. 

To be successful in our company and this position we believe you need to be comfortable with taking initiative and have excellent communication and cooperation skills. You are highly result oriented, structured, analytical, and comfortable working within different cultures, countries, in various levels within the organization and externally with customers. You are a skilled change agent. 

Qualifications

Formal requirements are:

  • Logistics certification or studying towards from APICS or similar would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience within Logistics from a complex global environment in multi-discipline areas.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Swedish will be an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills, preferable M3, Excel, Syncron GIM, BPCX, Advanced Planning systems (e.g. iPlanner).
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma/Problem Solving Methodology experience is a qualification.

Preferred experience and knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge in logistics, stock management and operations both practical and theoretical.
  • Expert knowledge in relevant operation and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to see the complete picture and the end-to-end perspective.
  • Ability to clearly present and visualize conclusions and decision material.
  • Involvement or success in global logistics projects will be an advantage.
  • Be willing to travel.
